The following is a guideline to publish your contributions in CNS Annual Report 2022.

Schedule

  1. 19th, May: Registration
  2. 24th, July: Submission deadline of your first manuscript
  3. September: Review by referees
  4. October: Submission deadline of your final manuscript
  5. November: Finish final edition
  6. Publish in December 2023

Please create your indico account before the registration. You can create your account from the login page.

Format of your manuscript

Unless you have any particular reasons, please create your manuscript with TEX using cnsrep2c.sty (you can download this file from below).

Submission Via the website. The first manuscript is requested to submit in PDF format. The final manuscript and the figures should be included into compressed file (e.g. zip).

Submission of the 1st draft

Deadline of the 1st manuscript:

24th, July, 2023

Please submit the first manuscript by following the procedure below:

  1. Access: https://indico2.cns.s.u-tokyo.ac.jp/event/252/.
  2. Login
  3. Click "My Conference -> My Contributions" in the left menu
  4. Click the title of your report.
  5. Click "Submit paper"
  6. Upload the PDF file.
  7. After your manuscript is reviewed, you will get a notification email for the correction of your 1st manuscript. 

Submission of the final manuscript

  1. Access the webpage above.
  2. Login
  3. Click "My Conference -> My Contributions" in the left menu
  4. Click the title of your report.
  5. Click "Submit paper" at the bottom of the page.
  6. Please upload archive file (zip) including the manuscript (tex) and figures (eps recommended).

Name of your files.

  • Contribution ID will be sent to you after the registration. Please use this ID in your filename, label name, macro name and so on to avoid the mistake during the compilation. Examples are listed below.

  • Please refrain from using special packages as much as possible.
  • Size of each figure should be less than 0.5 MB.
